Day Boat 'Dawn'
Dayboat 'Dawn'Our self-drive day boat 'Dawn' can carry up to 12 passengers and is accessible for wheelchair users. A trip on 'Dawn' is an open air experience, but with weather protection and heating in poorer weather.
Bring a picnic and cruise up to King John's castle for lunch, then take a 20 minute stroll beyond the limit of navigation up to the entrance of the Greywell Tunnel, now partially collapsed and an important roost for a variety of species of bats. Or head the other way and visit the Barley Mow at Winchfield or the George & Lobster at Crookham Wharf. We suggest that you do not proceed further than Reading Road Wharf at Fleet or you will risk being back late.
There is a toilet onboard and the facility to make drinks. You may bring along up to two pets.
